Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed at any time. This serves as a binding agreement between the purchaser and Work In Style.

1. All fabrics are subject to availability. Should the fabrics chosen by yourselves be unavailable or   delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavor to find a substitute.

2. A fitting date will be arranged for uniforms to be ordered. Each lady present will be fitted. Less than three ladies are required to come into our offices for fitting.

3. Garments are all manufactured in standard sizes and set lengths. Only basic alterations can be made and these will be charged for. Ladies must pay attention to the fit of the garment and where necessary take a size bigger if the garment is tight.

4.Fabrics must be carefully chosen as we take no responsibility for the durability of the fabric due to laundering , dry cleaning and day to day wear and tear of the garment.

5. We hold no responsibility for the variations between dye lots of fabrics , however these all fall between limits set by the industry.

6. Work In Style cannot guarantee that fabric will be available for new staff members after a bulk order, unless the company has purchased extra at the time of the order. This will be kept in stock by ourselves and credited to your invoice when used for an order.

7. We cannot guarantee exclusivity of style, fabric or color combinations.

8. Delivery date will be between 6-8 weeks after the deposit has been received for the order.

9. Work In Style must be notified within a week of delivery date should there be any queries or complaints.

10.Work In Style retains the right to charge R100 per person if the order is cancelled before production begins.

11. Payment - The order must be submitted together with a 50% deposit after fitting. The outstanding balance will be due and payable on delivery. Under no circumstances will the payment be delayed for staff to first try on garments. Late payment of any amount will result in interest being changed at 2% above the standard prime lending rate.

12.Work In Style shall not be liable for any loss arising directly out of the shortage of materials, force de majeure , transport delays , or any other circumstances beyond its control.
 
13.Work In Style shall not be liable for any loss or damage ( actual or consequential ) which may be suffered by the customer or any other person arising out of any cause whatsoever from this contract.

14. Delivery costs for orders out of Durban CBD and surrounding areas will be for the customers account. Please forward your courier details to our offices.

15. Quotations are valid for 30 days.
